21-13 RETURNS and REFUNDS:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return merchandise you may return it by mail service to 21-13. Our packaging is designed so that you can use the same box to send us your return. You must prepay the shipping charges on your return; C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted.
NO Returns or Refunds on Surfboards.

General Return Policy
- All credits on returns will be made directly to the credit card used in making the purchase.
- Copy of Online Purchase Receipt must accompany all returns.
- Merchandise must be returned in thirty(30) days from the date purchased.
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, all tags attached and in brand new condition, unused.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in transit or returned shipping costs. We highly recommend adding insurance and tracking information to your package through chosen carrier. Allow 5 to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within 2 billing cycles.
Defective or incorrect items will be handled by appropriate brand and are not the responsibility of 21-13.
If noted "Brand Shipped" each brand will have their own Return and Refund polices to follow Refer to them below by brand name.
